When I was young and had lots of money to waste, I used to love spending it at Anthropologie. It’s kind of sad how much I spent there in my single days (and how much of if it is now broken because of my husband and kids… this is why we can’t have nice things…).
But, as crazy as I am, I had an almost 100% DIY wedding. An almost impossible feat, and it happened. I don’t remember it happening, but I’m told it did.
Valentine’s Day is FRIDAY! Have I mentioned that yet?
Back when I was a kid, Valentine’s day was super awesome because it meant a class party and lots of candy! I even had my first “official” Valentine when I was in 4th grade.
Nowadays, candy isn’t really the norm when it comes to Valentine’s and even some schools have opted out of giving out candy altogether, kinda sad, but oh well.
Audrey decided that she didn’t want to give out just any old “store bought” card (is she spoiled, or what?!). So off to Pinterest we headed.
Valentine’s Day is almost here!
When Charlie and I were just dating, Valentine’s day was a much bigger deal.
Over priced flowers, heart shaped boxes of chocolate, expensive dinners in packed restaurants.
That stuff SCREAMS “love”, right?
Today I’ve got an adorable Valentine’s Day craft to make, that’s easy, kid-friendly and takes about 5 minutes! How’s THAT for a minute Monday?!
As a crafter I use A LOT of glue. Like, so so sooo much.
After awhile you start to have favorites, and realize that not all glues, are created equal. Sometimes certain projects require a certain type of glue, and not all substitutions will work.
Over the years, I have gathered my favorite glues, tried and tested and true. It’s sort of silly to me, to write a blog post about glue, but I get asked so often what type of glue I use for each project, that I figured I’d share with everyone.
