This post is sponsored by Oggi’s Pizza Liberty Station. All opinions and love for delicious food is mine.
One of my biggest grievances with taking my kids out to eat is wasting money on their meals. They beg for something, take 2 bites and declare they are full and I am stuck with a huge bill and kids that are hungry 10 minutes later. If this happens to you too, I have a great deal for you guys – whether you live in town, or are planning visit this summer with kids!
For the summer season at Oggi’s Pizza in Liberty Station on Wednesday’s, kids eat free with a paying adult. And don’t be discouraged those with large families, it’s 2 free kids with each paying adult! So a family of 6 can enjoy a night out for less than the cost of a date night! No babysitter required!
We’re talking lunch AND dinner! And starting at 11am on Wednesdays, kid’s can make their own pizzas!
We got invited down there to try out the new summer menu and have the kids try their hands at making their own pizzas. They were given dough, sauce and cheese and then able to top them with whatever they wanted! My kids are pretty simple, so it was pepperoni and cheese for them, but they had a blast making their pizzas. Other kids were much more adventurous!
I got to hang out with my SD blogger friends and chow down on the seasonal menu of flatbreads, salads and pasta. Everything was really good, but I think I liked the Strawberry Salad and the Pesto Flatbread the best. But the Chicken Tequila pasta was pretty amazing too.
The Liberty Station location also has an AMAZING Balloon Artist who made all the kids fun balloons to take home. He’s there every Wednesday from 5-8pm.
I will definitely be taking advantage of this deal through the summer, and then maybe hitting up the Zoo after to keep our fun outings low cost for us!
