I am a “busy, everything scheduled to the minute, fly by the seat of my pants and hope it comes out ok” type of mom. I stress out endlessly over all the things I have to do for my family, yet continue to pile it on. This summer alone we’ve done dance camp, the county fair, endless play dates, lunch dates, movie outings, trips to the pool, Zoo visits and even took a trip to Legoland – and it’s only mid July. We still have lots of BBQ’s, weddings and a camping trip coming up. It’s a busy summer to say the least. My saving grace has been staying as organized as possible, and not sweating the small stuff.
Some of the small stuff comes in the form of ordering take out verses cooking when the summer heat chases me out of my 80+ degree kitchen. Other things, like being able to not worry about staying stocked up on household essentials, and when you’re a blogger like me whose job depends on last minute editorial changes, social media managing and making sure that post makes it to publishing, not worrying about the small stuff can definitely come in handy. Nothing worse than being out of something you need at 10pm, with a deadline in the morning.
Being a DIY’er, I go through a lot of supplies. Beads, paint, paper and definitely printer ink. We print a lot of stuff around here. I LOVE making printables! I used to create them and go down to my local copy store to get stuff printed, but that got really expensive and defeated the purpose of DIYing. So I invested in some nice paper, a quality printer and got myself some ink!
Now I know what you’re thinking, “But Berta! Ink is expensive!”
What if I told you, you could get ink on the cheap, and literally NEVER RUN OUT of it again? Cuz you can.
A few weeks ago I enrolled into HP Instant Ink Program – which is a life saver for a busy mom like me. I have all these insanely irrational fears, and missing a deadline is one of them. I often wake up in the middle of the night freaking out and stressing for things that need to be done. It happens constantly. My other irrational fear is that when I turn on my printer for a project, it will be out of ink and it will be 10pm (I am a perpetual procrastinator!) and I will miss my deadline because I waited until the last minute.
Like you seriously have NO IDEA. I worry about printer ink! It might be time for a vacation…
So HP Instant Ink alleviates that fear and worry for me. I signed up, and my printer handles it for me. When it’s low, HP sends more ink – and I save up to 50% on ink with HP Instant Ink! – and there are multiple plans to choose from so you can pick which one works best for you! If you’ve got a home business and you print A LOT or if you’re a stay at home mom who occasionally prints coloring and activity pages – there is a plan for you. As an added bonus – Get 3 months of FREE ink, when you purchase an eligible printer and sign up online for HP Instant Ink.
I am somewhere in the middle. I print a lot of invitations, party games, decor and seasonal printables. I find it keeps my house looking updated for a much lower cost than going out to Hobby Lobby and going crazy on decor.
I made this one for the summer. I’ve always loved this quote, so I needed it in my house! We LOVE mermaids around here. Feel free to save it for yourself or share it on Pinterest!
What will you print when you #NeverRunOut?
I use the HP Envy 5660 Printer for all my printing.
