Getting old sucks y’all. Everyone warned me about it, but I didn’t listen. As I get older, I notice a lot of saggy, crepey, wrinkles under my eyes, especially after looking at a computer for 8 hours a day. I’ve had to turn to using under eye cream, which was something I never really had to use before, but now I find myself reaching for all sorts of brands to try them all out. Another thing I started using is the Ionic Infusion Wand from Swiss Ultimate Labs.
So first and foremost, I will say that it’s a pretty crazy looking contraption. I know. I thought the same thing when I opened the box. But I will say that first impressions aren’t always to be trusted, because this crazy thing is actually pretty awesome.
I use it in any time I am applying eye cream to help really work the lotion into my skin, give me a quick little massage and insure that my eye cream can work it’s best.
My husband actually ended up using this a lot. He gets frequent headaches from work and when he gets home he used to always ask me to rub behind his eyes… I tried my best. The next time he asked I handed him this. He sat there for a second to figure out how to “turn it on” and then retired to the bedroom to lay down and massage his eyes, eyebrows and temples.
I assume this would also make an amazing “hangover” remedy as well. Just sayin’.
The way it’s turned on is through touching the silver conductor bar in the handle with your hand and touching the silver disk on the end to your face, thus completing the circuit and turning it “on”. It’s a fantastic feature because it insures it will never accidentally be left on and run out of juice when you might need it most.
I didn’t notice a HUGE reduction in my eye wrinkles because as bad as I think they are, they really aren’t. But I did notice a much better ease of application of eye cream while using this contraption as a massaging applicator. It’s not powerful enough to cause harm, just powerful enough to make your nose tickle if it gets too close.
Ask my husband how he figured out that one!
All in all, I think it’s a very cool and clever little gadget to add to your beauty arsenal and if you have issues with crepey smile lines and under eye wrinkles, it’s definitely worth looking into.
You can find the Ionic Infusion Wand on Amazon for $34.87 – currently on sale for $17.87.
