So because Fall is officially here, it’s time to start changing the decor around our house. I’ve taken down my Summer Flip Flop Wreath, and I’ve replaced it with this gorgeous Autumnal Wreath I made the other day! I can not get over how beautiful this wreath came out! And it was so easy to make! In less than 30 minutes, you can have a beautiful wreath hanging on your door to welcome Autumn in style!
I grabbed all of the supplies I needed at Michaels while I was there grabbing some Wilton melts for an upcoming Halloween snack post! I saw the wreaths hanging all over the store and got inspired! For the circle of the wreath itself, I used the largest embroidery hoop I could find. It cost me under $2 and I think adds a really pretty and unique element to this piece. All of the fall floral was 50% off, so I grabbed a few bunches and a small garland. I was set!
I unwound the garland, and wrapped it around the hoop, starting at the top. Figure out what side will be the front and the back, and secure the garland in intervals on the backside with dabs of hot glue. Once the glue is dry, arrange the elements of the garland to your liking.
Using the other bunches of flowers, I removed each branch and element so that I could arrange them the way I wanted on the wreath. Decide where you want everything to go, and then using hot glue, secure each piece to the wreath.
Yes! It’s really that simple!
Hang the wreath on your door and enjoy the beauty all season long!
