If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you might have noticed that recently I have been posting a lot about health and fitness as of late. I have decided that it’s time for me to take back my life and really focus on being the best me I can be.
I have been almost 100% exclusively a mom the last 3 years and have let my health, happiness and personal well being slide…
I am not OK with that anymore, and I am now jumping head first into a healthier lifestyle! This time it is really going to stick, because all of you are going to keep me motivated and honest!
I’ve even started a little side project blog where I will be sharing stories, photos, recipes, and all sorts of other stuff that is health and fitness related.
