This post is Sponsored by Ology and Walgreens for Mom’s Meet, a May Media, LLC group. I was compensated for the post with product, but all opinions are my own.
Have you tried this stuff? It’s amazing AND affordable!
Really, I had no idea what so ever that green, eco-friendly products would work so well! I usually just buy whatever is on sale and pay no attention to what’s in it, but lately I have decided to be a bit more responsible in my eco-impact.
I’ve always thought that green products are expensive, but Ology has definitely changed my mind. It contains no dyes, artificial fragrances or phosphates. It is also free of harsh chemicals like ammonia, chlorine bleach, TEA, DEA, parabens, formaldehyde, all the baddies. All at only $6.79! That’s actually LESS than what I normally pay! Go figure. Plus it cleans my clothes like NOBODIES business. That funky musty towel smell? GONE!
My husband even remarked that his clothes felt softer and cleaner, which I have no idea what he means, but he’s the weirdo about laundry, so I will take it! Plus I love that it isn’t heavily scented, just clean smelling. I hate when my clothes smell like perfume, ick!
Also, for a second, let’s talk about the Ology paper towels, because those guys are fantastic. They clean up all of our spills and are only made with 100% tree-free ingredients, like sugar cane husks and bamboo. Both of which are highly sustainable and quick growing, making them a very eco-friendly choice for paper towels. The only thing I noticed, is that they tear very easily, but work as well as “normal” paper towels just the same. They are only $3.99 for a two pack, and to me I felt like the lasted a lot longer than my regular paper towels.
I am totally in love with the Ology All-Purpose Spray and it’s already replaced my other favorite green brand. The ingredients are plant based, and work wonders cutting grease and grime from all my appliances and counters. I was super surprised how well this cleaner worked, especially since it’s also free of all the bad stuff my old cleaners had, and at just $3.99 a bottle! My oven was a hot mess, and a little baking soda, some Ology and BAM! Look at that door.
If you ever read my post on my HUGE parenting fail, when my kid drank floor cleaner, you will remember that from that day forward I vowed to make sure that our home would be filled with the non-toxic stuff that wouldn’t hurt my family. I sort of feel like my house has never been cleaner since we ditched the toxic stuff for the natural based stuff.
My only complain with going green in our pursuit for a healthier home was the price tag, but I am so glad I found Ology. I love Walgreens, and this is just another reason to be happy I have one near my house.
I have decided to take the Ology Pledge and promise to create a healthier home for my family to thrive in. Click here to find out more information and create your own Ology Pledge and enter for a chance to win a $100 Walgreens gift card!!
